Our modern family caravan is situated in an elevated position giving additional privacy along with stunning views across St. Andrews Bay and the East Sands beach which is just a short walk away.

The caravan is double glazed, insulated and fully centrally heated for a comfortable stay. There is a large decking area to the side and front of the caravan with decking furniture and a table set.
FREE Wifi in caravan

The park has just refurbished its bar / restaurant area to a high standard and there is also children’s play park, games room. The park currently has free WiFi in the bar area.

A short walk towards the beach will bring you to the St. Andrews Leisure Centre with the swimming pool.

No Smoking, No Same sex parties

Living Area

The comfortable living area comes with a 43" TV, Blu Ray / DVD and Bluetooth soundbar, central heating, gas fire and a family dining area.
Kitchen

The galley kitchen has a gas oven and hob along with a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment. A toaster and kettle are also provided along with all crockery, pots and pans etc.

An ironing board and a Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner are also provided.
Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms:
Spacious double bedroom with en-suite, plenty space for a travel cot and built in wardrobes
Twin bedroom with a storage cupboard.
There is a fold down bed in the living area if required so caravan can sleep 6 (maximum of 4 adults).
Bathroom(s)

The bathroom has a powerful hot shower with a sliding glass door.
The double bedroom has its own en-suite toilet.
Exterior

There is an extensive decking area to the side and front of the caravan and a locking gate adds extra security for young children.
The decking furniture and table set are all there for your use.
Parking is beside the caravan door.

Practical Information

We offer the caravan as family accommodation and we provide bed linen for the double and twin bedrooms as required. There is a fold down bed in the living area if required (maximum of 4 adults).

Gas and electricity is included on a fair usage basis.

We do have a strictly no smoking and no pets policy and the caravan is not available to same sex parties.

We take a security deposit of £100.00 which is refunded after a successful inspection of the caravan, damages must be paid in full.
