Pet friendly caravan (dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms) with open plan living and only 3 years old.  It has wrap around decking and located in a quiet area of the park, but just 2-3 minutes walk to the Club House and all it’s facilities.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating.

Prices include clubhouse passes and all beds have duvets and pillows but we can make the beds up for your arrival for an extra cost of £20 King bed and £10 each for single beds.

There is access to Hurn Forest directly from the park and is lovely for bike rides, walking the dogs or just a leisurely stroll.

Bournemouth is just 20 mins drive with beautiful sandy beaches.  Moors Valley Country Park is 10 mins away and New Forest is just a short drive.  

Ringwood is 2 miles from the park and has an array of shops including Waitrose and Sainsbury.  Other supermarkets on the main road are Lidl and Tesco.  There is also a shop on site if you don’t want to go off the park.

There are many activities for children of all ages and evening entertainment can include tribute bands, in-house entertainment, DJ and bingo as well as many more.  

Our caravan is great as a ‘get away from it all’ too, where you can relax and recharge.

Living Area

The sofa is L-shaped and two stools which can be used as seats or to put your feet up. French doors lead out onto the front decking.

Free WIFI is available in the caravan and you can also access the Park's free WIFI around the Club House.

Central heating, double glazing and an electric fire.
Kitchen

The kitchen has cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses and mugs.

We also supply tea towels, oven gloves, washing up liquid, J-cloths and scourers.

There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, hob, grill and oven. The fridge/freezer is full size and there is a small washing machine.

The kitchen also incorporates a four seater dining table with door leading out onto side decking.
Bedrooms

At the rear of the caravan is the main King Size bedroom with bedside cabinet on each side of the bed. A small dressing table with shelves, wardrobe with shelves and three large drawers underneath. TV is on the wall and there are USB sockets by the sides of the bed. A door leads into the en-suite toilet with basin, storage and a small radiator.

The twin bedroom also has a wardrobe with drawers and a small bedside table.
Bathroom(s)

Besides the en-suite, there is a family bathroom consisting of shower, basin, mirrored cabinet, shaver socket, toilet and heated towel rail. The boiler is also located in the bathroom.
Exterior

There is parking for two cars directly in front of the caravan. Steps lead up to the veranda which has a table, four chairs and a parasol. It is a beautiful sunny veranda all day.
Site Facilities

Club House passes are included in the price and these are required not just to use the swimming pool, but also the restaurant/bar and main evening entertainment.

You will find the Reception, shop, pool table, toilets, arcade and access to the restaurant/bar and the main entertainment hall.

From the Club House you can access the gym, indoor swimming pool and outdoor pool (this opens at the end of May to end of August).

The indoor pool has a toddlers section, jacuzzi, sauna room, steam room and a flume. The outdoor pool (when open) has sunloungers, paddling pool and a separate outdoor bar.

Go Active activities are available for a small cost and can be booked through Reception.

There are two outdoor children area's, outdoor seating, table tennis table, crazy golf and a launderette.
Practical Information

We take £100 refundable deposit once booking is confirmed as security against damage/vandalism. The deposit is returned within 5 days of your holiday finishing subject to our T&C's.

Full payment is due 6 weeks before your holiday or immediately if less than six weeks.

We welcome pets but do not allow them in the Bedrooms.

Park rules state that we are not allowed to accommodate Stag/Hen parties. Zero tolerance on bad behaviour. No loud music or noise after 10pm from the caravans.
