Seton Sands Holiday Village has been welcoming guests for generations. It offers the hustle and bustle that some might expect of their holiday while the accommodation offers a tranquil experience for those looking for something a little more sedate.

The accommodation is very close to Seton Sands beach and an easy, relaxing section of the John Muir Way.
27 minutes to Edinburgh by car. 50 minutes to Edinburgh by bus – there’s a bus stop located at the holiday park. 15 minutes to Edinburgh from Prestonpans train station. Just 1km away from the first of the 21 golf courses on Scotland’s Golf Coast and a hope skip and jump to the Scottish Seabird Centre and National Museum of Flight.

Exterior

Secure wraparound decking. On the decking to the front, there is a table and four chairs (with parasol) for dining. On the large side section there is a 2-seater sofa and two chairs for relaxing. There is a large, private parking bay situated at the caravan.
Site Facilities

The park offers a wide range of entertainment and activities and has café and a restaurant on site, as well as a showbar and an indoor pool. You can enjoy a diverse range of activities e.g.: the climbing wall, go carts, nature trails, activities, rock pooling, 9-hole golf, bingo etc.
Practical Information

A 15% deposit secures your dates.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years of age.
The park does not permit hen or stag parties.
We require a £150 returnable deposit for damage / property loss.
This is strictly no smoking / no vaping accommodation – in the caravan or on the decking.
