Lovely 2 bedroom caravan for hire on Sealands Holiday Park in Skegness. With an enclosed veranda on the side, it offers a safe area for children to play or a patio area if you want to sit outside. A travel cot is available on request.

With our holiday caravan, you have all the amenities you could need within walking distance.

Living Area

In the living area there is a spacious sofa that can be used for an additional guest - however this does not convert into a sofa bed. Also in the living area is a table and chair set (as pictured), a gas fire, TV and games console.
Kitchen

The kitchen area is fully equipped and has a complete gas cooker and microwave.
Gas and electricity are included in the price.
Bedrooms

Within the caravan there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double, orthopaedic divan bed and ample cupboard space.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe.
Exterior

There is an enclosed veranda on the front of the caravan. Perfect for anyone just wanting to enjoy an evening drink outside (there are folding chairs inside the caravan that are perfect for this!) or anyone with children.
Site Facilities

There is a launderette and shop on site. Direct beach access means that you are just a three minute walk from the sand and the sea, with a café just outside the park en-route.
Sealands, the local pub, is located off site just across the road from the park itself. The pub has a family atmosphere, children's entertainment and arcades on site to keep all the family entertained.
Fantasy Island is a short walk away (10-15 minutes) or you can get the bus that stops outside the park.
A 15 minute walk away is Butlin’s Resort.
Hardy’s Animal Farm is a local, fun day out for all the family.
Practical Information

Bedding is available to hire at a cost of £20 per week. If you choose to add this on, we will make the beds up ready for your arrival.

Short stays available - Please ask!

Gas and electricity are included in the weekly price. Bedding is not but can be hired for an additional £20 per week.

Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking (payable within 7 days of booking). The balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to your stay.
We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.
The deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the start of your stay. If you cancel your booking after this point, the deposit will be forfeit as late cancellation fee.

We are unable to accept same sex parties or groups under 25 years of age. This is a site policy as it is a family complex.

A breakages deposit of £50 is required upon arrival, which will be refunded on departure once the caravan is checked over and everything found to be in order.
