Home from Home Static caravan situation at Regent Bay in Morecambe.
Well behaved pets are welcome.
T.v, Wi-Fi and DVD player with movies.
It is double glazed throughout with central heating.

Living Area

Large living area with Tv DVD and Wi Fi
There is a large seating area to enjoy relaxing, watching Movies or playing games.
It is double glazed with central heating. There is also an electric fire and small heaters if needed.
Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need from start to finish of your day. You can cook a Sunday roast or enjoy bringing home takeouts.
There is a large fridge freezer, Oven, kettle and iron.
There is a dining table with chairs/stools and dining mats.
Bedrooms

3 x bedrooms one which is double and the other two which have two singe beds in them although these can easily be pushed together to make doubles.
Double glazed and central heating.
All have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space
Bedrooms are all cleaned and tidy with fresh bedding and sheets for each guests stay.
Extra pillows, sheets and throws available in the room.
Bathroom(s)

The bathroom consists of a large unit with power shower, toilet and sink unit.
Toilet paper and hand towels are provided for each guests.
The bathroom is spotlessly clean and bleach/toilet cleaner available.
Soap, hand wash and shower gel is provided.
Exterior

Patio area to the left of the caravan with outdoor seating area and bbq to relax and enjoy your stay in peace.
There is also a private parking area to park your vehicle outside.
There is out door lighting and a small grass area.
The caravan is two minutes walk to the waste collection facilities and five minutes from all the parks facilities.
Site Facilities

Indoor swimming pool, Children’s play area, Nightly entertainment and bingo throughout the season. Bar, Restaurant and entertainment room.
The site is located 10 minutes from the promenade and 20 mins lovely stroll to Morecambe bay with beautiful views the Lake District.
Practical Information

he price of your stay does not include the park passes which can be purchased on arrival of your stay from the reception.
Arrival time is 3pm and departure 10am however, changes to these times can be discussed when booking your stay.
A £50.00 refundable deposit is to be paid on booking your stay payable by bank transfer. Your stay will be provisionally booked until confirmation of payment then your stay will be confirmed.
The owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings while on your stay.
You must respect and follow Park Dean’s policies and procedures at all times.
