Welcome to our beautiful 2 bedroom (double and twin) sitting in a stunning spot on located on Patrington Haven Leisure Park, overlooking far reaching countryside with all the facilities of a 5* family owned park, voted the most remarkable park in East Yorkshire for the last 3 years.
The caravan has double glazing and gas central heating.
| Living Area | The living area is bright and airy, with 2 extra large, extremely comfortable free standing sofas, large flat screen tv, dvd player, Wii console, selection of family games, puzzles and DVDs, a sunny area with 360 degrees aspect and 4 large windows. |

| Kitchen | Everything you need to russle up a snack or a complete meal, full sized oven, microwave, plenty of storage cupboards. There is a dining table with 4 chairs overlooking pleasant garden. We also provide a high chair too! |
| Bedrooms | Down the corridor to the beautiful double bedroom, with an extremely comfortable memory foam bed, hotel quality quilt and bedding, flatscreen colour tv, and lots of storage space. There is a beautiful view out of the bedroom window far across East Humberside and our pretty garden. This room has the advantage of a modern en suite toilet and wash basin. Across the corridor is a twin room, with wall mounted colour tv, wardrobe and drawers. These beds are fixed and do not push together, giving the advantage that 1 may be folded back to the wall giving ample floor space for a travel cot (provided). |
| Bathroom(s) | This is the room where everyone goes wow!! A huge room with full sized bath, large walk in shower, toilet and lots of dressing room, the ideal room to unwind in with a hot soak or refreshing shower after a fun packed (or chilled!) day. |
| Exterior | Outside is a private, double hard standing parking space. The garden, mostly laid to lawn is fully enclosed and gated and is completely private and exclusively for your use. Towards the back is a raised wooden deck area with a small step, equipped with a comfortable corner sofa with waterproof cushions, a little tykes house and a large dining table and chairs. There is an outside tap and hose which you are welcome to use. Up the 3 shallow steps and onto the large wrap round decking, here you can chase the sun on all aspects, each aspect having seating and even a swinging egg chair. There are fantastic views across the fields and countryside. |
| Site Facilities | Patrington haven is a medium sized family owned park, 5* and has won many awards, it has been voted the best park in east Yorkshire for the last 3 years. Each plot is private with fenced gardens. The site is completely flat (being a former airbase), at the heart is a stunning fishing lake, so relaxing to walk around with pegs. The large country club provides delicious, locally sourced food and a well stocked bar. There is a small amusement arcade, laundry, vending machines, a sports bar with snooker and pool tables, huge screen showing sky sports. In the spa area is a heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, beauty treatment salon and a high tech gym with a programme of activities. Outside is a games court, childrens playground, bouncy castles weather permitting, outside, dog friendly terrace for food and drink, a dedicated dog walk and immaculate grounds to wander. There is a programme of entertainment including bingo, quizzes, live acts and discos. |
| Practical Information | Caravan sleeps 4 plus cot. You will be asked to agree to our standard t&cs as well as the park rules. A deposit of £50 reserves your booking, a refundable damage bond of £100 is required on every booking, this is returned after your break once inspected. Access is free to all areas apart from a small charge for fishing, (licence also needed), swimming and the gym. An induction is required for the gym. |
