We have a beautifully presented, air-conditioned and heated holiday home on Camping Parc St James/Parc Montana (a friendly, 4* site) situated amongst the trees that provide welcome shade. Our mobile is situated right in the heart of the parc, very close to all the amenities and swimming pools. This is an ideal location for families.

| Living Area | The living area consists of 2 comfortable sofas with cushions and a coffee table, air conditoning as well as a TV with Freesat. It has an uplighter and side lights to make it friendly and cosy. It has a separate dining area that looks out over the pitch and adjoins the kitchen. |

| Kitchen | The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an oven, hob and fridge freezer. There is also a Microwave and coffee machine .Plenty of utensils for the gourmet cook too! A full range of plates, cutlery, selection of glasses, pizza plate etc and all the items you would usually have at home! |
| Bedrooms | 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed equipped with a duvet and pillows. There are side tables & bedside lights. A double wardrobe with coathangers and a dressing table, as well as cupboards above the bed. It also has an en-suite shower room with a toilet included. |
| Bathroom(s) | The main family bathroom has a shower and wash basin. There is a separate toilet. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a toilet shower and wash basin. |
| Exterior | The pitch is large and mostly private. Parking is available with the pitch. There is a large covered terrace with a table and chairs, we provide a Raclette Grill in this area as BBQ's are strictly forbidden. Comfortable outdoor furniture and sun loungers are provided on the lower area of the pitch. There is also a clothes airer. |
| Site Facilities | Parc St James is a friendly, family run 4*site offering two swimming pools (one heated and one with a jacuzzi) and two water chutes; a restaurant and a bar with wi-fi; a mini market and loan of sports equipment and board games; mini golf and tennis courts; plus play areas that are age appropriate etc. For the energetic there is also a gym that is free to use. |
| Practical Information | Duvets, pillows, fresh linen, towels and tea towels are included in your package. We also offer you the option to change your bed linen/towels during your stay should you like to have fresh linen at any point. We will include the price list for this option with your booking forms. We think that packing beach towels is also a chore, especially if you are flying, they take up valuable space in your case. We can for a small charge provide beach towels for you. Bonus is you don't need to get sand in your bath towel! There is a daily site charge of 11-15 Euros (season dependant); this is set by the site and not us. There is also a daily tourist tax for adults 18+ years. To maintain site security, the site is gated and you will require a gate fob to allow access by vehicle. This is obtained from reception when you register. A refundable deposit will be payable. There’s also parking facilities outside the main gate. Our minimum booking is 4 nights |
