A beautiful ABI Elan holiday home, just 3 years old and in perfect condition. It is rated at top-of-the-range Platinum Plus Standard, the highest available for the park and it is situated in the very select and recently developed area of EDEN WAY on Par Sands Holiday Park, Cornwall. Gas central heating and double glazing. There is an outside decking area comprising of patio furniture (table, 4 chairs (more available if required) and a parasol) and clothes dryer/airer.
Eden Way is a quiet, select area of the park, close to all the amenities including the village shops, pubs and restaurants. There is an on-site restaurant (beach bar) as well as an indoor heated swimming pool. A freshwater lake adjoins the park which is inhabited throughout the year with fresh and sea water birds. The dog friendly beach is just a 5 minute walk away as is the leisure centre alongside the swimming pool.

Living Area

A comfortable, well-lit lounge comprising a 45" tv with free-sat programmes. Seating for up to 8 people with patio doors leading to the decking. Also included is a blu-ray player and docking station. We also leave a selection of DVDs, books and games for the kids.
There is also a double bed secured under the lounge seating if required.

Kitchen

Fully fitted modern kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and ample storage space. A dining area and chairs. Full selection of crockery, cutlery and kitchen tools.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe and ample storage space with bedside lighting and an en-suite bathroom.
Also included is a TV with free-sat.
Bedroom 2 consists of 2 single beds and TV with free-sat and wardrobe.

Bathroom(s)

The en-suite bathroom consists of a bath, shower, wash basin and WC.
The second bathroom consists of a shower, wash basin and WC.

Exterior

There is parking alongside on a small tarmac drive as well as a paved picnic area. As described earlier there is decking at the front of the home housing patio furniture. Directly opposite the decking is a walk through a forest to the local amenities.

Site Facilities

The park is situated parallel to the beach and a few minutes walk over the dunes to get you there. There is a freshwater lake which is home to a vast selection of sea and freshwater birds. A newly appointed beach bar has just been completed which will serve snacks, hot and cold meals, drinks, etc
The popular indoor swimming pool is free for all guests. Adjoining the pool is a leisure centre with TV, seating area and a small shop. Outside we have a fully equipped childrens' play area, tennis courts, 5-a-side football pitch and putting area. The whole park is protected with CCTV and security barriers controlled by your vehicle registration plate. There is also a reception area.

Practical Information

48 Eden Way is provided with full bed linen and towels.
All our homes are pet-friendly. Smoking is not permitted within the homes.
Booking is usually by email following your enquiry. A non-refundable deposit of £80 secures your booking and balance must be paid 6 weeks before commencement of your holiday.Payment will be by bank transfer.
