This is our privately owned 2 bedroomed ABI Majestic caravan for hire on Northshore Holiday Centre (in Skegness, Lincolnshire), sited on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, just a 10 minute walk from the beach.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating and is well equipped with everything you’ll need. Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms are provided for your safety.

The maximum occupancy is 4 and the caravan is ideal for rental by mature couples.
We use the caravan ourselves and is cleaned by ourselves to a very high standard and really hope you appreciate our hard work when you arrive and would really love our guests to leave the caravan as you find it on your departure.Unfortunately guests leaving a mess or any damage will NOT receive back the security bond to cover any costs that incur ,and i really hope people using our caravan will adhere to the rules so this does not have to happen .This is our pride and joy .

Living Area

The lounge area is open and spacious and contains 2 x two seater, very comfortable settees and a 32" flat screen TV with Freeview.
There is also a large dining table to seat 4 comfortably.
Kitchen

The kitchen area is again open and very spacious and contains all contents for a home from home stay, including a cooker with 4 ring hob, microwave, a large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, cutlery and utensils for 4 people.
Bedrooms

The caravan has 2 bedrooms, a large double ,and a small bedroom with 2 single beds "SLEEPING A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE ONLY" any further persons found to be occupying can be removed from the site at anytime.
Bathroom(s)

The bathroom consists of a large shower, hand basin and toilet.
Exterior

Outside there is a large south facing veranda that gets the sun all day; ideal for sun worshippers! There is also a wooden table and 4 chairs to dine al-fresco.
Site Facilities

Licensed club, café, tennis court, live entertainment, minigolf, 9-hole pitch-and-putt course, shop and laundrette.
Practical Information

NO smoking and NO pets allowed in the caravan.
NO bbq on the upvc decking allowed.
NO groups of same sex and
NO more than 4 Persons can hire this caravan .The hirer must be age 25 years or over .

We will provide duvets and pillows only; ******** you must bring valance sheets, duvet covers, pillow slips, towels and tea towels. *****

If you might require the above, please ask. There will be a small charge for them.

A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your dates, with the total balance to be paid 6 weeks before your start date.

A £100 damage/security bond is also required, to be paid with your balance. If any damage, loss, breakages, extra cleaning is required this will be used as required.
