This is our family caravan fitted out with everything you will need with double glazing, central heating, air con and fans for the summer, TV, video games console DVDs ,books, games, etc, plenty of bedding, cozy throws, comfy beds. The area is stunning, so relaxing and close to the beach and shops restaurants, clubs, all takeaways delivered to your door, a true gem on the Moray coast.

Living Area

The living area is open plan and very spacious with a seating area which goes round the width of the van with a built in three quarters bed hidden away .
There is a large tv with DVD player docking station and a lovely gas fireplace, a small coffee table and lamps ect lovely comfy throws and cushions for your comfort.
Kitchen

The kitchen is fitted with plenty storage gas cooker ,fridge and tabletop freezer which holds quiet a lot ,all pots and pans cutlery and airfryer plates ect have been bought New as we've not had this van long.
Bedrooms

The double bedroom has a en-suite, built in wardrobe.dressing table Tv side tables and lamps comfy storage bed, all bedding supplied .
Twin bedroom has two comfy single beds which can be put together wardrobe and wee table, above bed storage.
Fold down bed in seating area in lounge area.
Bathroom(s)

Shower room with full size walk in shower sink and toilet with medical cabinet.
En-suite in double bedroom.
Exterior

We are situated close to the beach but further back on the site which is more lovely and peaceful there is substantial decking round a large area if the van which is great to keep the children and well behaved fur baby .
We've got a lovely new BBQ two sets of tables.with canopy a large storage box and shed for bikes toys extra we've supplied outdoor games for the children and adults for your amusement outside lighting for evening relaxing. New BBQ.
Site Facilities

The site is a short walk to the restaurants shops pubs and clubs a 5 minute drive to the supermarket and 10 minutes to Elgin where there are many shopping areas Nairn and Inverness are a lovely drive away there is a laundromat on site you can get all info in our guest book in the van
We assure a lovely relaxing comfy stay you make it your own while you are here.
Practical Information

£100 a night minimum of 4 nights.
We would insist on a booking fee of £100 which would cover any cancellation up until two weeks of booking date and to cover any accidental breakages - this will be refunded if everything is left as found.
We also have special rates for quiet times of the season or longer stays .
We've found this area to be just wonderful and hopefully you will to the area is stunning and are the folk you will be made so very welcome if I've left anything out place don't hesitate to ask and l will do my best to get any supplies to the van if requested beforehand thanks for looking and you won't regret coming to this Gem of Moray.
