39’ beautiful family owned mobile holiday home for hire at Camping Le Dattier on the stunning Cote d’Azur in France with lovely places close by including St Tropez, St Raphael, Sainte-Maxime, St Aygulf, Puget sur Argens, Lorgues, Cannes, Nice and Antibes, to name just a few.

It is equipped with mains running water and 240-volt electricity. Parking space outside front of mobile home.

The Cote d’Azur area is absolutely beautiful and there are many places close by that are well worth a visit.

Nearby attractions include Luna Park (theme park), Aqualand (water park), Marineland (aquarium) and miles of beautiful sandy beaches of course! We highly recommend visiting Lake Sainte-Croix, which is situated at the Les Gorges du Verdon where you can hire canoes, walk, swim or just drive around the Gorges; a fantastic day out and well worth the drive!

There are lots of markets along the Frejus/St Raphael beach front every night in the summer, as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings. There is also a lovely market up in the village of Le Muy on a Sunday morning, which is a nice trip out.

Living Area

Within the lounge is a gas fire, a TV, DVD player, radio and ample cupboard space. There is air conditioning too, which is always a bonus in the balmy summers.

There are two large sofas and a chaise longue in the lounge area for relaxing in the evenings.

A vacuum cleaner is provided.
Kitchen

The kitchen Is supplied with a refrigerator, gas oven, kettle, dishwasher and lots of kitchen utensils. A Nespresso machine is available for your use too. There is also a washing machine, which you are welcome to use. We try to provide washing up liquid, dish cloths, pegs, salt and pepper, tin foil and other useful kitchen items - we do ask for these items to be replaced as required, but as we have no way of checking between lets, we ask that you not to rely on these items being there when you arrive. Full dinner service provided.
Bedrooms

The two bedrooms are comprised of one double, which benefits from having an ensuite with wash basin and shower, along with one twin bedded room. Each bedroom has plenty of cupboard space and coat hangers for your belongings.

Duvets and pillows are provided, a linen rental service is available for a small charge, which must be booked in advance if required.
Bathroom(s)

The main bedroom has an en suite with shower and wash basin.

There is also a main shower room with a shower and wash basin, along with a separate toilet. As well as the toilet and shower facilities inside the caravan, there are several well maintained toilet/wash blocks around the campsite, all equipped with showers, toilets and wash basins.
Exterior

Stunning mountainous views from the decking.

Outside we have a decking area on the large covered terrace, complete with outdoor furniture consisting of a table and 6 comfortable chairs. There is also a comfortable two-seater sofa with footrest which is directly in the sun all day. A gas BBQ is provided on the decking, however if you use it, it must be cleaned after every use and the cover replaced after it has cooled. There is an outdoor kitchen with working sink if you enjoy cooking Al fresco! There is also outdoor lighting, which you will find all wired into the outdoor plugs; everything is labelled. There are outdoor plugs too, which ae attached to the decking if you wish to plug anything in.

Practical Information

Getting There

By Car: The drive from Calais is around 11 hours if you do it in one go. Alternatively, you can stop along the route at Magnant, Reimes, Lyon etc. with lots of fairly priced places to stay overnight.

By Rail: There are train stations at Frejus and St. Raphael. Rail links to the Eurostar and TGV are possible.

By Air: Airports which can be used include Nice, Toulon and Marseilles. Car hire is available from all of these airports.

Booking

On top of the total cost of your holiday there will be a further charge of £50 which is refundable if the caravan is left clean and in good order after your stay. We have the caravan checked but if something is not right when you arrive, we ask you to telephone us so that we can deal with any issues.

Payment
On completion of your booking we request a deposit of £100 for each week booked.

Cancellations
As we are sure you will appreciate due to the difficulty of re letting caravans abroad at short notice, in the case of cancellations (including illness) any deposits paid are only refundable if we are able to rebook the caravan. In the event the caravan cannot be rebooked we regret that the deposit is non-refundable. Should you need to cancel within 6 weeks prior to the start of your hire you will be charged the full amount for the hire unless re letting can be arranged. It is advisable to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Please note: An administration fee of 25€ per stay plus the local taxe de sejour of 0.66€ per person aged over 13 per day is payable direct to Le Dattier at the site office on arrival.
