Welcome to our beautiful BRAND NEW! 2021 Willerby Seasons holiday home. At 35ft x12ft it offers very spacious deluxe accommodation with stunning views over the bay. Within easy reach of all the facilities on site, including a private access beach, and beachside bar/restaurant. Our holiday home is fully double glazed, and has central heating in all rooms. The door leads onto a lovely decked area with sea views and a conversation set.

Living Area

A very spacious lounge with modern contemporary colours, with a corner sofa that pulls out into a double bed. A dining table with banquette seating and stools. There is an electric fire, large flat screen TV. With a large picture window which affords fantastic views over the sea.
Kitchen

A modern open plan contemporary fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, microwave, fridge freezer, gas cooker, etc.
Bedrooms

Main bedroom has a fantastic amount of space! It has enough space for a cot.
It has a double bed, bedside tables, a set of drawers as well as very generous wardrobe. Along with a flat screen TV/DVD.
Twin room has 2 single beds, bedside table and fitted wardrobe.
Bathroom(s)

A large high quality shower, and modern toilet and basin, with cupboards for toiletries.
Exterior

A large side decking area of 15ft x 5.5ft with a conversation set, to sit and enjoy the beautiful sea views.
Site Facilities

Being a Haven Holiday Park, Devon Cliffs has many facilities, including an on-site pub/club, amusement arcade, indoor pool, gym, kids' club, high wire, Segways, archery and a multi-sports complex.

Entertainment passes are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased on site.

Also on site, but not requiring membership is crazy golf, restaurant, takeaway, grocery shop and laundrette.

There is a large sandy beach on the site and lots of play areas for children, which can be used by all guests.
Practical Information

There are parking areas very close to the home on both sides.
All beds are provided with duvets and pillows I but, You will need to bring towels, tea towels and bed linen. These can be hired from the hire shop on site at a charge of £10 per bedroom and for a bale of 6 towels. (Prices correct at time of writing) you can also hire high chairs, bed guards, travel cots etc.

PLEASE NOTE! There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children) in our home, this is due to safety reasons. We cannot accept large same sex bookings due to park rules.
