Welcome to our beautiful second home

Offering premium luxury and comfort with uninterrupted, panoramic sea views over the bay, our holiday home is in a prime location just a few minutes’ walk from the entertainment complex.

The position of the caravan boasts magnificent views and access to a private beach and bar/restaurant. This is a private pitch, which does not allow access to walk through.

Our holiday home is fully double glazed and has central heating in all rooms. Patio doors lead to a large 8ft wrap-around, decked veranda with dining table and chairs. Complimentary Wi-Fi & Netflix in the van.

There is a large sandy beach on the site and lots of play areas for children, which can be used by all guests.

Linen is included and beds are made up.

Living Area

Living area has a new large sofa and armchair. Flat screen TV with Netflix coffee table, electric fire and unique sliding doors to separate the kitchen and bedroom areas.
Kitchen

Kitchen/Dining area - Designed to a high standard with modern appliances including a gas cooker, separate 5 burner hob with extractor fan, integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave/grill, plenty of worktop and cupboard space and a separate dining table with chairs.
Bedrooms

The main bedroom, which is very spacious, has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, cupboards, dressing table, TV/DVD and an en-suite toilet. The two further bedrooms each have twin beds, a TV/DVD, fitted wardrobe and cupboards, all designed to the highest specification. All bedrooms are supplied with duvets and pillows - linen is included and beds are made up.
Bathroom(s)

Bathroom - Luxury bathroom has a fully fitted double shower, toilet and modern sink with plenty of cupboard space for towels and toiletries.
Exterior

Site Facilities

Being a Haven Holiday Park, Devon Cliffs has many facilities, including an on-site pub/club, amusement arcade, indoor pool, gym, kids' club, high wire, Segways, archery and a multi-sports complex.
Also on site, but not requiring membership is crazy golf, restaurant, takeaway, grocery shop and laundrette.
Practical Information

Linen is included and beds are made up.
Please bring your own towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, toilet paper etc.

Travel cots, high chairs and bed guards can be hired from the Haven hire shop.

Please note that there is a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children). This number cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons.

We cannot accept large, same sex bookings due to park regulations.

Entertainment passes are not included, but can be purchased on site.
£150 breakages deposit (fully refundable after your stay barring any damage) the deposit is non refundable should you book, and then cancel (Covid restrictions not included).
