Apartment in Coral Beach, Ingoldmells, Skegness (Ref 1552)

We will send the booking form once holiday stay as been confirmed, guests can pay a deposit or pay the holiday in full etc. Then the booking form and terms and conditions will be emailed to the guests. Our holiday home is for 8 guests, however if you're booked for only 2 guests etc. This does not then entitle you to add other guests on, you need to contact the owner and the owner will let you know if this is acceptable and if this incurs extra fees. If booking originally with 8 guests, then that’s not a problem at all. Doggy guests are allowed; however, extra fees are applicable, and the doggy guests rules must be strictly adhered to. Wifi incurs extra fees. The site as far as we’re aware do not offer wifi, so we provided our own. We provide travel cots etc for an extra fee.
Site Office Rules:
Site now says dogs are permitted but must be kept always leashed. All dog excretion must be cleaned up immediately by the doggy guest owners. Anyone not adhering to this will be unable to bring a dog on site. If our guests are found not cleaning up their doggy mess, or not following the site rules, then you will lose some or all their refundable deposit. Has this affects us with the office with renting our holiday home.
Gas bottles will be delivered only between 8am and 5pm so please check the gas bottle asap, to avoid you not having any gas. (As stated, our guests now pay for the gas bottles, not the owners).
No ball games, no BB guns, no electric scooters, are allowed amongst and around the caravans.
Any person found guilty if vandalism, criminal activity or on the national sex offenders register will not be allowed on site
A speed limit of 10mph must be strictly adhered to throughout the camp, Cars must not be taken on the grass during wet weather, Guilty parties will be charged £100 for the annual charity fund.
Cars and trailers must not block the roadways, and access areas between the caravans. If this occurs the offending vehicle will be towed off site.
Please note as stated the above is what the Owners of coral beach have put in place, not us the owners, however, we must adhere to these rules, and we are expected to have our guests do the same. We would be held liable if our guests are not following these rules and we could lose our holiday home if not followed. I cannot express enough for guests to follow them, any of our guests found not to be following them will lose their refundable deposits and will have their holiday terminated with immediate effect.
SMOKING:
No smoking or Tobacco or any illegal substances are not to be used inside the holiday home (caravan) under any circumstances, there is designated area for smoking and under no circumstances do you leave fag ends on the grass or surrounding areas of the holiday home, (children, and pets can choke on these, plus the mess it creates) there are designated smoking bins/ash trays provided. Please keep outside clean from any rubbish, surrounding the holiday home. If you do not clean your fag ends or tobacco dust, and not follow the conditions this can result in your holiday being terminated and forfeit of all payments. This must be strictly adhered to, and any damage or extra cleaning caused by smoking will be at the expense of you.
