GREAT REVIEWS! Welcome to our brand new family owned holiday home on the wonderful Combe Haven Holiday Park, St. Leonards-on-Sea. It has double glazing and blow heaters. Everyone needs a chance to explore, unwind & have fun. Come & enjoy a relaxing break in historic Hastings seaside town.

We visited here the summer of 2020 (in a year like no other) and fell in love with the place. We needed a break away and we know everyone  needs a break too. So our journey begins of holiday home ownership and sharing our special place with others like you and your loved ones. All at an affordable price.

This is a tranquil and comfortable getaway located in the seaside town of Hastings on the East Sussex coast. A perfect place for couples, families or friends to enjoy a UK break or staycation from as little as 3 days to a longer stay.

This property is located in a nice quiet area of the park, and close to the gate that leads to Aldi, Costa, Greggs and Bultherhythe pebble beach. You are able to walk to the main amenities or cycle of even drive up while on the holiday park.

Additional

A short drive away, Hastings Pier, promenade and beach, Bexhill beach, Aldi supermarket, retail park with Tesco, Poundland, M&S, B&M and other retail stores.

Other local attractions

Knockshatch – We recommend this as it was a lovely family day out that our kids  ranging from 2-12 enjoyed, (as well as the adults).

Stunning Cambersands beach is less than an hour’s drive away. The views took our breath away and we spent hours having fun on the beach.
Hastings Pier – Fish and chips (inside not outside as the seagulls were militant scavengers). A definite trip if you are here. It would be rude not to go.

Living Area

Comfortable and spacious lounge and dining area that is open to the kitchen area. Ambient electric heater in the lounge with colour changing LED lights. Extra fan heaters provided for colder months. LED television with surround and Bluetooth as well as unlimited WIFI.

Kitchen

A self-catering home, perfect to cook some memorable meals and sit in the dining area or get a takeaway with all kitchen utensils and amenities supplied. There is also onsite restaurant, convenience store and Papa John's and Burger King takeaway onsite. An ice cream van even drives around the park in the summer. Bliss!

Bedrooms

This is an 7/8 Berth, 3 bedroom holiday home. The home comprises a double bedroom, two further bedrooms with two single beds in each, and the lounge has a pull out sofa bed. All rooms come provided with all bedding.

Bathroom(s)

There is a spacious toilet and shower room, as well as an additional toilet.

Exterior

Outdoor space for relaxing in the sun. We have some camping chairs and a foldaway picnic bench and seating.

2 pools onsite. Inside and outdoor with flumes.
Arcade, main restaurant and Papa John's and Burger King on site.
A range of kids play areas, a sports court and foot golf on site.
There is so much to do and explore. Come and stay! We offer 3, 4 and 7 day holidays. More on request.
Coombe Haven are currently offering 'Stay and Play' holidays (swimming pools, activities, entertainment) or just 'Stay'. Our hire is for private 'Stay' only at competitive rates - however you can buy Play Passes from Reception subject to availability. Check out here how much that may be.

Practical Information

Self-catering holiday home.

There is unreserved parking next to our holiday home.

We will supply all bed linen, duvets and pillows for all rooms and sofa bed, however, we ask that you BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.

Booking terms require a £150 security deposit to book your stay, plus full holiday payment due 6 weeks before your stay. Deposit is returned after your stay after satisfactory check.

PLEASE NOTE BETWEEN 7th NOVEMBER AND 15th JANUARY ALL FACILITIES ON THE PARK WILL BE CLOSED SO THE RENTAL WILL BE ACCOMMODATION ONLY. STILL A GREAT PLACE FOR A HIDEAWAY, RETREAT AND BASE TO EXPLORE HASTINGS.
