This ABI Oakley Exclusive holiday caravan is located in the Harbour Cove section of the Caravan Park within the Butlins resort at Minehead, Somerset. It is sited within 5 to 10 minutes stroll of the main Butlins leisure and entertainment facilities. Please note – this caravan is not located on the lakeside.

Caravan Hire does NOT include Entertainment Passes, Event or Live Music Weekend Tickets, These can be arranged for you at an additional cost.

Comfortably large enough for 6 people and able to accommodate 8, the accommodation consists of a double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, 2 x twin bedrooms and separate bathroom and shower and a spacious living/ kitchen area with another pull out double bed if required. Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own linen – Linen can be arranged if required at a cost of £25, Please also bring your own towels and tea towels.

There is a reserved parking space for 1 vehicle at the front of the cove and a table and chair on the veranda for those warm, relaxing, summer evenings.

The caravan has central heating, double glazing, a full size cooker and fridge freezer, 32″ LED TV and a full array of good quality crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment. All you should need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday, the only thing we can’t control is the weather. Mains gas, electricity and water are all included in the price of the caravan hire.

Butlins have feature week ends, as above we can arrange tickets for these – event details are available on the main Butlins site, if any event is showing as SOLD OUT then let us know and we will enquire for you. There are a host of local attractions including a golf course next to the resort and the medieval village of Dunster, with its imposing castle. The splendour of Exmoor only a short drive further along the A39 and the area boasts some fine local hostelries and restaurants.

The local area in Minehead consists of a beach directly outside the front of the resort, scenic walks, nature reserve, golf course, local shopping area (including amusements), pubs and clubs, takeaways, fishing and lots of local history.  The site is less than an hour away from areas in North Devon and lots of areas to drive to including Linton & Lynmouth, Watchett, Blue Anchor Bay and Dunster to name just a few local sites – much more to be found.

Living Area

Our living area comprises of a corner sofa area and dining table - in amongst this is the TV (optional if you choose to use it). There is also access to a decking area outside.
Kitchen

A fully working kitchen including cooker, fridge freezer and microwave, along with all mod cons including a coffee machine and a kettle. There are plates, cups, cutlery - all the home from home essentials.
Bedrooms

There is a double bedroom with a vanity area and a double wardrobe. There is also an en-suite toilet and sink in this room.
2 X twin rooms, also a pullout double in the living room.
Bathroom(s)

There is a family bathroom area consisting of a walk in shower, sink and toilet.
Exterior

A decking area off the front room - for those nice relaxing evenings. To the side of the caravan there is also a patio area which will soon have a table and chairs for those nights when you want to eat outside.
Site Facilities

Site facilities consist of Pub (Highwayman) as well as pubs in the main site area (The Inn on the Green), Fishing (via the lakeside - just over the caravan park), amusements, indoor pool, laundrette, crazy golf, grocery store, takeaways, restaurants and kids clubs.
Practical Information

A deposit of £50 for holiday stays or £125 for event weekends is required to secure your holiday with the balance payable 8 weeks before the start date. This used as a security deposit for each booking against damages/breakages. This is refunded on confirmation there is no damage when the caravan is checked after your departure.
