We are private owners of a spacious 8 berth ABI Hathaway caravan 36 x 12 ft, which has double glazing and central heating in every room at Haven Seashore Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, which is a very lively and popular Haven site.

The caravan has double glazing and central heating in the bedrooms and bathroom, and in the lounge area which also has a gas fire. There is a patio area.

Haven Seashore is an all action park. It has an Indoor heated swimming pool & outdoor splash zone, mini golf course, bouncy castle, trampoline, play area with climbing wall/abseiling & zip wire. Children’s clubs for all ages. New look arcade. 2 show-bars, excellent cabarets, bingo & evening entertainment for all ages. Burger King, Papa Johns pizza, mini supermarket & launderette on site. Mash & Barrel lounge, bar & restaurant with large screen TVs with indoor & outdoor seating area. Bike hire available.

Great days out can be enjoyed at the horse racing, greyhound racing, banger/stock car racing, sea-life centre, pleasure beach attractions, which are only minutes away from the park.

Living Area

The lounge is very spacious, has separate seating section with a dining table. There is a TV with free view.
Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size gas cooker, microwave, fridge and small freezer, toaster, kettle, all cutlery and crockery is provided.
Bedrooms

The caravan has three bedrooms. One double bedroom. Two twin bedrooms with two single beds. There is also a pull-out double bed in the lounge.
Bathroom(s)

The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, toilet and a radiator.
Exterior

Outside there is a patio area.
Practical Information

Duvets and Pillows provided. Bed Linen can be provided at an extra charge.
GAS AND ELECTRICITY INCLUDED

Prices start from £200 per week, depending on when you wish to stay.
My full weeks are Friday to Friday. I do weekends or midweek breaks

My caravan is Pet friendly there is a £20 charge (If you bring a pet and do not tell us your deposit will be void).

CLUBHOUSE PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED
£50 REFUNDABLE BREAKAGES DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED PER BOOKING. If extra cleaning is needed this will be deducted from your breakage deposit.

ANY HOLIDAYS THAT ARE CANCELLED FOR WHATEVER REASON ANY MONIES ALREADY PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
