CozyCaravanz present this beautiful and spacious ABI Tebay caravan for holiday Lettings. It is a 36 x 10ft 3 bed-roomed caravan with a max occupancy of 6 persons. Perfect location for getaways near the beach. Prices from £165 (Please see calendar for price)

We have been awarded the 2021 Covid Safe Industry Standard Award.

There is a spacious lounge with a TV and DVD player and a large selection of DVD’s for all ages and a Play Station 3 with a variety of games to play for those lazy or wet days in. There is also a remote controlled cd player/radio and Wi-Fi is free.. There will be a Welcome Pack set out for your arrival so you can relax with a brew before you unload and unpack.

There is a dining area with attached fully equipped kitchen with loads of extras including an extra Halogen oven for those on a health kick and a Tassimo machine but you will have to supply your own pods on your arrival.

There is a bathroom with a powerful very relaxing shower that we can personally vouch for and a small under basin unit with extra drawers in to keep your personal grooming effects separate and private.

Each of the bedrooms have wardrobe space and all rooms have a small radiator

For your convenience we have supplied an iron and ironing board for your use and there is a clothes airer to dry those damp clothes after a trip to the beach. Also for your convenience we have supplied a vacuum cleaner to help you keep your holiday home tidy, a hair Dryer and hair straighteners.

There is direct access to the beach by way of a railway bridge which is literally 2 minutes away with the beach being right in front of you as you step off the bridge. No watching the kids on crossings or roads for your added peace of mind.

Towyn centre is only a short walk from the main gate, giving you access to fairs and fun parks, various shops and arcades. Tir Prince with its markets and car boot sales are situated here too.

It is only a short distance to all bus routes and train stations. There are bus stops outside the main gate which takes you to Llandudno and Rhyl and surrounding areas

COVID-19 CHANGES: We have gone beyond government minimum guidelines and we have made the following amendments:
The caravan will be cleaned beyond the minimum covid specifications laid down by the government and a signed and dated list will be left for you to check.
Before every change-over, the whole caravan is sanitised using a fogger and an anti viral disinfectant so you can be assured we have made every effort to make it as clean as possible for you.
All removable soft furnishings and similar have been removed, ie cushions, oven gloves and the likes. Any excess crockery and cutlery will be taken away, e.g. 4 people staying, 4 lots of cutlery, plates mugs glasses etc, surplus bedding etc….sorry, but it necessary to cut costs. All quilts, pillows and mattresses will have wipe-able covers on.

A Key Safe has been installed for you to collect your keys from. This means you wont have to go to reception on your arrival to arrange for your keys.

Fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, utensils and crockery. Tassimo (bring your own pods), Halogen oven for those on a health kick.

1 master bedroom with a king size bed. 2 x twin rooms with 2 single beds in each. 1 x fold out double bed in lounge. All bedrooms have a small radiator and wardrobe.

Exterior

Outside we have decking with a lockable gate, garden furniture and a grassed area. The garden furniture can be moved to the grass area whilst you are in the caravan but must be put back on the decking if you go out or leave to stop theft. We are 4 mins gentle stroll from the beach with no roads to contend with.
Site Facilities

You have access to the facilities on both Whitehouse leisure Park and attached Golden Gate Holiday Centre including pool, shops, activity centres, clubs, amusements, launderettes, pubs, restaurants and they are just building a crazy golf too.

We are a short distance from Tir Prince and its markets, Knightley's fun fairs, amenities, shops, takeaways. There is a bus stop outside the front gate giving access to all local areas and the train station just up the road
Practical Information

Price Range: £65 - £80 per day, minimum of 2 days.
No pets, no stags, no hens, no single sex parties.

Safety First:
All electrical equipment has been inspected and PAT tested and all fire alarms and extinguishers tested for your piece of mind.
All light switches and plug switches glow in the dark so you can see them at night.
There are also 7 escape routes, all clearly marked in case of fire.
All unused plug sockets have safety caps in to stop prying little fingers.
The decking has a lockable gate so even if you toddler does get out, they are not getting off the decking.
The lighting of candles and smoking is not allowed under any circumstances as a fire prevention measure.
This is an 8 birth caravan we are not insured to sleep more than 8 so please do not allow more than 8 people to stay at once. It is now illegal to have more than 8 people in a caravan.

Health and Hygiene:
All towels and linen are washed with sensitive skin in mind and no starch has been used in the process.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are the beds to be used without Pillow cases, Sheets and Quilt covers as a sanitary measure.
We have supplied bags for disposal of personal hygiene products for your use. DO NOT put sanitary products or wipes down the toilet as this causes blockages.

Hire Items:
All bed linen and towels (1 Bath,1 hand each and 2 tea towels) for £25 per booking. Beds will be made in time for your arrival. (I'm not the best ironer, but I try my best with sheets.)
A £20.00 returnable cash deposit is required to obtain the security barrier pass card if you wish to park nearer to the caravan. If you are arriving after 5 pm, your keys and pack will be available from the key safe outside the caravan. You will also have to ring reception at some point before your holiday date and make arrangements to have the pass left for you. Receptions normal opening hours are 9 - 5 and you will be supplied their number upon booking.

Terms and conditions:
A £50 deposit is taken at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
You are also required to pay a security bond of £50 when paying the balance which is refunded within a week after the caravan has been checked for damage and breakages.

THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL .
YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED IF NOT PAID BY THE DUE DATE.

Cancellations
6 weeks or more notice - full refund - £50 deposit
5 weeks notice - 2% cancelation fee + £50 deposit
4 weeks notice - 5% cancelation fee + £50 deposit
3 weeks notice - 10% cancellation fee + £50 deposit
2 weeks notice - 20% cancellation fee + £50 deposit
1 weeks notice - 30% cancellation fee + £50 deposit
Cancellations due to government lock-down or travel restrictions are a full refund including £50 deposit.

Entry to caravan is after 3 pm on first day and you must vacate before 10 am on day of leaving.

The lighting of candles, incense sticks etc and smoking is not allowed under any circumstances as a fire prevention measure.
