Master bedroom has double wardrobe & dressing table with mirror and touch bedside lamps.
Twin bedroom with wardrobe, handy shelving for storage and bedside table both rooms have air blown heating.

Lovely veranda with gate to enclose space making it secure for little ones and pets. Outside chairs and table.
Site Facilities

Site has 1.5 miles of private beach, free bus or Bunny train to travel around site. 2 Indoor leisure pools and outdoor pool, sports zone, soft play, fun fair, gym, tenpin bowling, arcades, 3 entertainment venues, bunny club for children (additional cost passes can be bought on arrival) and lots of choices for eating out or takeaway.

Near the main high street and local Asda. There's also a couple of smaller Coop stores within walking distance outside of the park.
Plenty of places to eat and drink, both on site and in Selsey. Plenty of play parks all within walking distance.

Local area is renowned for its nature reserve and harbour. Crabbing off Selsey Bill, beautiful coastline walks, sea swimming and water sports. Chichester town is a 10-15 minutes drive away. Plenty to do in area or further afield in nearby Portsmouth for great day trips out.
Practical Information

Owner's booking terms
£100 refundable Damage/security payment bond payable to secure booking. Refundable on Successful check out. Final payment must be made no less than 4 weeks before holiday start date.
Prices do not include passes which can be bought at reception when you check-in.
Please note, no commercial vans, camper vans or trucks allowed on site.
Name and address of lead guest first.
Name and ages of all other guests, including infants must be on the booking form. Paperwork for receipts and key release/check-in will be provided by post. Late check-in, amendments to the booking will incur extra costs.
1 dog permitted, must not be left unattended at any time in caravan. Please keep dogs on leads at all times when out and about. ( Bunn rules) please note that Local dog sitters are available to hire.
