HOLIDAY HOME WHITE 20 IS OUR 2010 MODEL ABI DERWENT.
It has double glazing and central heating, is excellent for the small/medium family and ideally sited for our older/infirm guests as it’s less than 100 mtrs from all the park facilities and all on the level.
2 BEDROOMS (Max 4 guests) beds are made for your arrival.
Furnished to our usual high standards a real home from home destination.

The home is located on the 5 star Waterside Holiday Park just a short walk from Bowleaze sea front. Waterside is all about the “Family Holiday” and is one of the most visited 5 star holiday destinations on the South Coast. Below is a list of some of the attractions.
The “Venue” Waterside’s Entertainment Centre, with top acts throughout the season. “Waves” Sports Bar complete with Costa Coffee/ Eat in/Takeaway Food, State of the Art children’s soft play area and Amusement Arcade. **Indoor/Outdoor Pool/Gym/Sauna, Laundrette, Grocery Shop, Takeaway and Restaurant.
**Regular bus service from the park to Weymouth town centre and beach.

All the major supermarkets now deliver your online orders direct to your holiday home door at a pre-arranged time.

Living Area

The living/dining area is very spacious light and airy and offers comfortable seating for dining and relaxing.
For your entertainment there is a large widescreen T/v Dvd player plus music centre.
Kitchen

Our Kitchen (Furnished by the wife) has everything you need for cooking the family meal. Equipped with full size oven, separate fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc. Iron and ironing board are also provided.
Bedrooms

The master bedroom is en-suite and has ample space for the inclusion of a travel cot (we are able to provide). The double bedroom has the added advantage of it's own wall mounted Tv/Dvd.
Bathroom(s)

The family shower room/toilet, again has plenty of space and is complete with built in seat for the shower cubicle
Towels are not provided.
Exterior

Like all our holiday homes White 20 is equipped with a large sundeck, facing southeast and is the proverbial suntrap for most of the day.
Patio furniture including parasol is provided for your relaxation. There is parking along side for a maximum of 2 cars only.

Deposit is £50 per week booked and the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival, part payments accepted at any time.
Included with this holiday home are beds made on arrival, entertainment passes gas and electric.
**There is a charge for entry to the indoor/outdoor pool complex, it can be added to your final payment invoice at a discounted cost of £54 (2017 price) per holiday home.
