Another of our Holiday Homes in the White area. Bus stop 50mtrs away and all facilities just a couple of minutes.
It has double glazing and central heating and is excellent for the small/medium family, ideally sited for our older/infirm guests as it’s less than 200mtrs from all the park facilities and all on the level.
2 BEDROOMS (Max 4 guests) beds are made for your arrival.
Furnished to our usual high standards a real home from home destination.

Living Area

The living/dining area is very spacious/light and airy and offers comfortable seating for dining and relaxing.
For your entertainment there is a large widescreen T/v, Dvd player and music Centre.
Kitchen

The Kitchen (Furnished by the wife) has everything you need for cooking a family meal. Equipped with full size oven, separate fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster etc. Iron and ironing board are also provided.
Bedrooms

The master bedroom has own entrance to family shower room and ample space for the inclusion of a travel cot (available at a small cost). Master bedroom also has the added advantage of a wall mounted Tv/Dvd.
Bathroom(s)

The family shower has a small seat, again very spacious light and airy.
Towels are NOT provided.
Exterior

Like all our holiday homes this model is also equipped with its own sundeck, facing southeast and is the proverbial suntrap for most of the day.
Patio furniture including parasol is provided for your relaxation. There is parking along side the unit for a maximum of 2 cars only.
Site Facilities

The Caravan is located on 5* Waterside Holiday Park just a short walk from Bowleaze Cove sea front. Waterside is all about the “Family Holiday” and is one of the most visited holiday destinations on the South Coast. Below is a list of some of the attractions.
The “Venue” Waterside’s Entertainment Centre, with top acts throughout the season. “Waves” Sports Bar complete with Costa Coffee/ Eat in/Takeaway Food, State of the Art children’s soft play area and Amusement Arcade. **Indoor/Outdoor Pool/Gym/Sauna, Launderette, Grocery Shop, Takeaway and Restaurant.
**Regular bus service from the park to Weymouth town centre and beach. Also not to be missed “The Shack” Watersides beach side bar with right next door the “South Side Grill and restaurant.

All supermarket deliveries are now outside the park entrance.
Practical Information

Deposit is £50 per week booked and the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival, part payments accepted at any time.
Included in the cost of this holiday home are beds made on arrival, entertainment passes gas and electric.
** There is a charge for entry to the indoor/outdoor pool complex. **
