This Winchester/ Willerby deluxe 38 x 12 caravan comfortably caters for all the family and/or guests home from home living. Our holiday home sleeps up to 8 adults, all with comfy mattresses and has central heating throughout as well as a fan assisted electric fire and full double glazing.

It has mains electricity, gas and water, (no need for gas bottles or having to worry about meters running out, this is all included in your rental fee.

The Holiday Park is in easy walking serval amazing and family-safe sandy beaches, as well as to numerous local amenities, a grocery store, access to a cash machine, several local take-a-ways, a great pub where really good food is served, a leisure centre which includes a heated indoor pool as well as the fun rock pool beach less than, the main and excellent rated pleasure beach consists of great and safe swimming, a water slide and amusement park.

There is the bus stop which can be seen from our caravan where the No.12 bus can take either take you to Brixham, (the home of Sir Frances Drake’s Golden Hind), or into Paignton and/or Torquay (where there are too many attractions to list) this bus runs approximately every 10 minutes.

A spectacular attraction is the Paignton to Dartmouth steam train which can be boarded from Goodrington or Paignton, why not purchase a “round-robin day where the train will take the family out to Dartmouth, cruise up the river to Totnes and then a bus will bring you back home.

Living Area

The caravan has a large living room area which is ideal for seating all the family, with a good-sized floor area for those fun family board games we play when on holiday. The living room also has a couple of much loved, fun bean-bags for those who want to lounge out on the floor rather than on the sofas.

For chiller days or just for those cosy nights in, there is a fire glow electric fan assisted fire that quickly folds a warm glow throughout the living area.

Kitchen

Our home has a fully fitted modern kitchen, comprising of a full-length fridge freezer, full-size cooker, grill and oven, microwave, toaster, several assorted baking dished, pans and all the necessary cooking utensils to make your stay feel as if you are truly at a home away from home. There are separate dining area and breakfast bar.

Bedrooms

The caravan boasts 3 separate bedrooms, a master bedroom that has a full-size double bed with a beautifully comfortable mattress; the master has its own fitted wardrobe, small but compact vanity area and mirror.

Both twin bedrooms (4 x beds) carters for the small and tall guests, all the single beds are 6ft single beds, the twin rooms are fitted the ample storage for all of your holiday clothes.

There’s also a full-sized double fold-out bed with yet another comfortable mattress for additional sleeping in the living area.

Bathroom(s)

The caravan has 2 bathrooms, the main bathroom has a really good pressure shower, sink and toilet, the second is a toilet only but really helps to avoid the morning and night time rush.

Exterior

This beautiful home has a well maintained gated and lockable secure decking area with a table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner alfresco, or even just enjoying a relaxing drink out on the deck at any time throughout the day.

If its tranquillity and seclusion you want, approximate 50-75 strides from the front door and walk under the viaduct and the bay vista is before you, uninterrupted views and just over the crest, you’ll find a secluded beach (Devil's Armchair) great for getting away from it all, paddling and kids playing in the rock pools, also a great place for picnics.

Site Facilities

The Holiday Park also boasts its own restaurant, bar, clubhouse and laundrette.

There are 2 pools, both are heated one pool is ideal for the little one, the family pool is great for both swimmers and non-swimmers and those all-important ball games.

The Holiday Park runs its own kids club and provides loads of kid-friendly activities to keep everyone happy, all guests are able to join in with all the activities once the Park passes have been purchased, passes can be bought from the Park reception.

There is also a small kid's play park where they can run off any spare energy left at the end of the day.

Practical Information

A 20% deposit will be required when booking in order to reserve the dates you require, (due to the high demand of bookings each year, we are not able to provisionally hold dates) the remaining balance due 8 weeks before your holiday date.

If a booking is made with less than 8-weeks before the required dates, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Again, if the booking is then cancelled, 20% of the total fee will be retained for any loss of income incurred.

If a booking is cancelled after the 8-week payment date or payment is not paid in full, the 20% booking fee will not be refunded.

There is, however, the option of a Payment Plan (please enquire further if you want to take up this option)

On the point of the final payment, there will be an additional security bond of £30.00 required. This will be returned to you at the end of your stay, on the proviso that no damage/breakages have been incurred or items stolen from the caravan or the decking.

Where same-sex groups are booking, our insurance requires that all guests must be over 18 years of age, however, due to previous incidents we retain the right to request increase the security bond from £30.00 up to £60.00

Pets are permitted, there is however a Pet Premium of £15.00 per pet, per stay. We normally only permit up to 2 dogs, however, if you have more than 2, please email the size and breed as an exception may be made.
Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time, nor are they allowed to sleep on or in the bedrooms.

The Holiday Park has numerous guest safe policies including noise/nuisance policy, if you, your guests or your pet and/or children breach any of the policies of the park and you are asked to leave the park, you will not be eligible for any refund. It is your responsibility to ensure your pet is quiet and you take responsibility for your children and pets, which includes that you clean up after your pet(s)
