There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the lounge. Bed linen is included in the hire price (except for sofa bed). |

| Practical Information | Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, with check in from 4pm and check out by 10am. A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking. Remaining balance to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to your holiday. Dogs are welcome at no extra charge; you will need to bring your dog’s own bedding and food and water bowls. Please note, dogs need to be kept on a lead when walking them around the park as there are often ducks, swans and other wildlife wandering around. Also please ensure you pick up after them - there are plenty of dog waste bins situated around the park. The property is strictly NO smoking. No BBQs allowed on the decking - please cook on the grass adjacent to the caravan. |
