The spacious modern 3 bedroom 6 berth 2013 caravan is located in Trecco Bay, Porthcawl, Wales. The home is fully central heated with double glazing throughout and fully equipped throughout. There is an ironing board & iron also a hair dryer in the caravan.
Living Area

The modern living area has comfortable freestanding sofas, electric fire, TV DVD player. The lounge is open plan to the kitchen and dining area.
Kitchen

The modern kitchen is equipped with all your essentials including fridge freezer, toaster, iron and microvave and is open plan to the dining area.
Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The further two bedrooms bith have twin single beds. There is a safety bed rail in the caravan available for use.
Waterproof mattress protection available for all beds if required.
Bathroom(s)

The bathroom comprises shower, basin and toilet.
Exterior

The exterior of the caravan has a veranda and patio area with garden chairs. There is a parking bay also.
Site Facilities

On site facilities, fun for all the family. Spectacular Shows, family entertainment, also has a adult only night club, cash bingo, Sports bar, with big screen TV's, pooland darts. Indoor swimming pool and outdoor water park. Adventure play ground with zip wire, Two multi sports courts- football basket ball and net ball. Eat and drink, Coast bar and kitchen, with outside terrace. Prego's pizzeria and ice cream parlour. Legends diner, Costa coffee, Bay view fish and chip shop. Free WI-FI hotspots, convenience store, Laundrette and lots more.
Practical Information

Wifi is available in the caravan, payment & password is arranged only through Reception in Trecco Bay.

(Some weekends considered if within 2 weeks and available).
Take over is 2pm on Saturdays and handover is 11am Saturdays. Gas, electricity, duvets ,and pillows included in booking. Fresh linen and beds are made up for your arrival, and is included in the price.
This is purely a family run caravan and private to the company, we kindly ask that you respect this and agree to the terms to allow smooth running of the van. On the day you will be met by the owners who will show you around and hand you the keys, we will then require the key deposit of £50, this will be handed back on your departure providing the van has been left in good order.

When you have made the deposit we will send you directions and the conditions of the hire along with details of your arrival.

Please be aware that you are not covered by our insurance so we strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover illness, losses, cancellations etc.
Payment methods: 1.Prefer Bank Transfer (by internet banking or paid into bank) 2. Cheque 3. Paypal

A £50 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your holiday dates and the remainder must be paid 30 days prior to the start of your holiday. If within 30 days payment must be paid in full, a two week holiday deposit is £100.

Pay in full the year before and receive automatic £20 discount.

A £50 key deposit is to be left on handover and will be returned on handover if all is in order.

1. Main hirer full name, address, mobile number
2. How many adults in full and ages and sex of children (so we can prepare correct bedding)
