Situated on the prestige gold village, just a few minutes walk to the beach and complex, with Double decking overlooking a small lake and fountain it is a very peaceful location.

The lounge has a 40” colour Tv with free view and WiFi and a CD player.
There is a large double sofa which pulls out into a sofa bed if required, and two armchairs, there is also plenty of games for your amusement.
Double patio doors lead out into the decking area.
Kitchen

The kitchen has a gas cooker, gas grill and gas hob , as well as a microwave , toaster, fridge and freezer. Gas and electricity is included in all rentals.
Lots of pots and pans if you need to cook.
Table and four chairs.
Bedrooms

Master bedroom has a double bed with walk in wardrobe , hairdryer and lots of cupboards.
Second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.

Family bathroom has a shower, sink, wc and a bath.

We look out over a small lake with a fountain, there is a barbecue and patio furniture, ideal for relaxing and watching the world go by. We have wrap around decking with a locking gate for safety,
We have a lower decking area with patio furniture to use for your enjoyment.
There is also parking for two cars.
