| Living Area | Very spacious with 55 inch gameing tv and blueray dvd. New for 2022 we are having wifi installed for the tv Netflix amazon prime ect. All furniture is new and the large corner sofa is extremely comfortable it also pulls out to a kingsize bed. |

| Site Facilities | On site is a wonderful club house called Woodys. Great for meals and prices arn't too bad for families. It has soft play room and large outside play area for children. Most sports played on the screen and evening entertainment. On the other side of the site we have the Sportman which brews its own ale definitely worth a visit it also is extremely popular for meals out. We also have several pubs on our door step that you can have a great night out in. Loads of new shops including Heron, Tescos and Poundland opened recently. Only 10 minutes to fantasy island. Or a short bus ride which you catch 5 min walk from van. |
| Practical Information | We provide bedding and towels for your arrival. During busy periods the bedding is left on the bed for you to put on. A deposit is taken on all bookings for any damages to our van. Fully returned to you upon van being left as you found it. We will not accept any damage done to our van and customers who cause wilful damage or mistreated our property will be prosecuted. Any anti social behaviour you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. |
