Our 8 berth caravan is privately owned and Southview holiday park is a beautiful site.
The caravan has a large gated veranda with artifical grass on it. It has double glazing and central heating.
The caravan is about a 10 minute drive from Skegness and there is a bus service which runs to and from Southview.
The seaside resorts of Ingoldmells and Chapel St Leonards are close by as is the Gibraltar Point nature reserve and Natureland Seal Sanctury.

Living Area

The living area includes seating area and dining area. It has a gas fire, TV with Freeview and a DVD player. There is a selection of DVD's, books and games.
Kitchen

The kitchen has all that you would expect including a full size cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and an under counter fridge . It also has a sandwich toastie maker, pots and pans and cooking utensils.
You would need to provide your own tea towels.
Bedrooms

There is a master bedroom which consists of a double bed and wardrobe plus storage and a dressing table with stool.
There are 2 other bedrooms, each have two single beds in them, a wardrobe and storage.
All bedrooms have duvets and pillows in them, but you would need to provide your own duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases.
Bathroom(s)

The caravan has a shower room which has an enclosed shower in it, plus toilet and basin. There is space for storage of toiletries.
There is also another room with a toilet and hand basin in it, and some space for storage.
You would need to proviide your own towels.
Exterior

There is a large gated veranda, with artificial grass on it and outside lighting. It also has a patio table and chairs on it.
There is a lawned area to the side of the caravan and a slabbed patio area to the rear.
There is parking for more than one vehicle.
Site Facilities

There is a leisure centre which comprises of a gym, indoor heated swimming pool with water slide, steam room, sauna and spa.
There is a Restaurant, a Showbar which has lots of entertainment including kids clubs and famous people are on stage throughout the year.
It has a shop, a chip shop, a 9 hole golf course, fishing lakes, crazy golf course, an arcade and various children's play parks.
Practical Information

The maximum occupancy is 8 persons and it is a no smoking caravan.
Groups of single sex parties are not permitted.
Lead name must be over 18 years old.
A vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush and various cleaning products are provided so that you can leave the caravan clean on your departure.
Towels/Tea towels and bed linen are not provided.
Wifi is available in the caravan at an extra charge via an outside provider.
A deposit is to be paid to secure your booking and this starts from £50 depending on your length of stay and when during the season you will be staying.
Final balance to paid no later than 28 days before commencement of holiday.
Payments to be made by bank transfer.
