| Bedrooms | The caravan has 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin with twin beds, all with fitted wardrobes. All duvets and pillows are provided for the beds, you just need to bring your own linen and towels. We can however, supply these for a small fee. |
| Bathroom(s) | The bathroom consists of small bath with shower over, a wash basin and toilet. |

| Practical Information | Bookings The maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Groups of single sex parties are not permitted (site rules). Lead name must be over 21 years old. All names of persons staying in the caravan must be given at time of booking. Please note: If you have children staying, be aware that the fishing lakes and water features are NOT fenced off. A small dog may be accepted at our discretion with your assurance he/she is house trained, well behaved and is not allowed on beds or seating areas, thus avoiding an extra charge for a deep clean due to dog hairs. Please note: Your dog must be kept on lead around site. A £50 deposit per week is required to secure your booking. New bookings will be held for 5 days to allow for deposit payment to be received. The final balance must be paid no later than 28 days before commencement of holiday or the caravan may be re-letyou’re your deposit forfeited. A £50 security bond will be added to the final price. This will be refunded within 7/10 working days of your departure, providing there are no breakages, loss or damage. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. |
