Lear Leisure – Terms & Conditions
***Lear Leisure do not take Group bookings e.g Hen/Stag Parties. ***
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
1. A provisional booking will be accepted by Lear Leisure, subject to receiving a £100 security deposit paid by Bank transfer. Upon receiving the deposit, you will receive confirmation for the dates that you have booked. Please note that ALL bookings are provisional until Lear Leisure receive the deposit.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION WITHIN THE 6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR STAY, EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
2. If the security deposit is not received within 24 hours it is assumed by Lear Leisure that the provisional booking is no longer required.
3. THE BALANCE OF THE HIRE CHARGE IS DUE SIX WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, if the balance is NOT received within this time frame, then Lear Leisure reserve the right to hire the caravan to someone else. Bookings taken with less than SIX weeks remaining can only be accepted if payment is made in full and received within 24 hours.
4. The security bond is fully refundable at the end of the hire period and returned within 72 hours of departure date. Lear Leisure reserve the right to withhold some or the entire bond and/or bill the hirer for the additional cost of: A) replacing and/or repairing all damage B) all breakages C) charge for cleaning the caravan or removing stains or replacing as new. ALL BREAKAGES, DAMAGE AND STAINS WITHIN THE CARAVAN MUST BE PAID FOR!!
Please note if Linen is not requested, you ‘must’ put your own fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases on the beds. Any stains or damage to Mattresses, Duvets or pillows will be chargeable and may result in the full deposit not being refunded.
THE HIRER MUST INFORM LEAR LEISURE WITHIN 12 HOURS OF ARRIVAL OF ALL DEFECTS, INVENTORY SHORTAGES AND/ OR BREAKAGES. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU, THE HIRER BEING RESPONSIBLE.
CANCELLATIONS
5. In the event of a cancellation, the hirer must confirm this in writing. (Security Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation within the 6 weeks before your stay).
6. No refund will be made to the hirer whose hiring has commenced and who vacates the caravan for any reason including an emergency at home.
7. Once the balance has been paid refunds will only be considered in certain circumstances at Lear Leisure’s discretion and subject to the time remaining to the holiday and a replacement booking being obtained.
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
8. Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are twenty-five (25) years of age and above. No same sex groups (Hens/Stags) Couples and Families only.
9. Only those people on your booking form can occupy the caravan. Over Occupancy will not be Tolerated. Anyone not named on your booking form will be asked to leave. You must bring ID with you as you may be asked for this on arrival.
10. ALL changes to a booking are allowed by prior agreement with Lear Leisure and confirmed in writing.
11. The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form. All children must be supervised by parents or another responsible adult throughout the holiday.
12. The hirer agrees that all persons named on the booking form shall be with you (the hirer) during your hire period of the holiday caravan. The booking form is important because it is for you and your party’s safety and security purposes only.
13. Each person listed on the booking form and your guest(s)/visitor(s) must be prepared to identify themselves to Lear Leisure upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements.
14. The hirer shall notify the caravan owners in writing with any changes to person(s) listed on the booking form at the earliest possible opportunity and in any event, prior to arrival at the caravan.
15. The hirer must give access to the holiday caravan as / when required to Lear Leisure.
16. Lear Leisure reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a and / or reserve the right to terminate any booking for whatever reason at their absolute discretion.

UPON COMMENCEMENT OF HIRE
17. The Caravan may be occupied from 4pm onwards on the first day of hiring.
18. In the case of a maintenance problem, the hirer shall contact Lear Leisure. D.I.Y repairs must NOT be attempted. If the hirer does any D.I.Y repairs, then rule 4 will apply.
19. One small dog is allowed, no other pets. Dogs must be kept under the control of a responsible adult at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravan unless in a cage and must not be allowed on the bedding or seating, any damage to the caravan will be chargeable.
20. Smoking is NOT permitted in the caravan or decking including E-Cigarettes. If you smoke in the caravan, you will be required to pay an additional fee of £80 for deep cleaning.
21.The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition ready for the next tenants, due to inspection by Lear Leisure. If not, then rule 4. shall apply.
22. Lear Leisure do not accept liability for any loss or damage to the hirer’s property and/ or accidents, injuries, illness, diseases, arising from the hire of the caravan or use of the holiday park, including acts of God or extreme weather conditions.
23. The holiday caravan MUST be vacated by 10am on the last day of hiring. Ready for cleaner to check over.
24. No Prams/Buggies allowed in the caravans at any time as this has been known to damage doors and fittings.
25. Your car and other vehicles – Lear Leisure require the registration of the vehicles which will be parked outside the caravan. Only 2 cars may be parked outside the caravan at any one time.
26. Noise – Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time of the day. We all like to enjoy ourselves on holiday but please be considerate to other caravan owners. Security may be called if there is too much noise.
27. BBQ’s – (Caravans with decking), BBQs are not allowed on the decking area at any time. Any damages will be charged for.
28. No felt tip or marker pens are allowed in the caravan, any damage caused by the usage of such pens will be chargeable.
29. Birthday Celebrations, balloons & banners, no drawing pins to be used in the caravan.
30. Please do not remove any items from the caravan. There is an inventory which is checked before your arrival and when you leave. Any items missing will be charged for.
31. A late check out charge of £25 is in place if the caravan is not vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
32. Lost keys – In the event that the keys are lost a charge of £100 will be required to replace the keys and the alarm security fob for the caravan.

34. IF YOU ARE ASKED TO VACATE THE CARAVAN / HOLIDAY PARK BY THE HOLIDAY PARK OWNERS OR THEIR STAFF FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, LEAR LEISURE SHALL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY PAID.
PLEASE NOTE*** Once we have received your £100 deposit you the hirer have agreed to the full terms and conditions, as above, as applicable at the time of your booking and holiday. ***
