A deposit of £50.00 per stay is required by BACS to reserve your dates when booking our holiday home. Full holiday payment is due and payable by you via BACS not less than 30 days in advance of your arrival. To avoid any disappointment, please ensure your balance has reached us by the given time. It is your responsibility to pay the full holiday payment within the time scale.
A further security deposit payment of £100 is required as a damage/loss/cleaning payment and will be refunded to you by BACS payment as soon as our holiday home has been inspected after your departure.
Further an extra charge of £4.00 per Guest after 4 Guests will apply,( but not for children under 16 years of age.)
Due to Park rules, I am afraid we are unable to accommodate the following:
. Parties whose members are under the age of 21
. Parties whose members are all male or all female
. Parties that exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday home (6)
You can access our holiday home from 4 pm on your day of arrival, we may call you earlier, Departure time is strictly by 10 am. All we ask is that at the end of your stay, please leave our holiday home in a clean and tidy state to avoid any further cleaning charges being taken from your security deposit.
Please do not leave phone chargers on overnight they have been known to catch fire.
All bedding is included in ours prices, access to all of the site facilities are on offer. Access to the caravan is 4.0pm on the day of arrival and depart by 10.00am on the day your booking ends. Car parking is next to the caravan. and there is also parking close to the Club if necessary, It is only a short walk from the caravan to the Club house and site facilities.
