Lovely Abi Colorado 8 berth caravan with gated balcony and furniture located on Lyons Robin Hood Holiday Park between Rhyl and Prestatyn, North Wales. It is very well equipped with carpets throughout, TV in master bedroom and gas heating with extra electric heaters when needed.

The holiday park is close to the beach and has great facilities and entertainment for all the family.

All bedding provided. Infants cot available on request. All you need to bring is your own towels. (don’t forget bath towels for the swimming pool).

Pets are welcome, £10 per pet per stay.

Overall a delightful, spacious van for a full holiday or short break.

Living Area

The open plan living room is spacious and modern with plenty of comfortable seating, gas fire and 32" TV with built in DVD/CD player.
There are books, games and an Xbox for the kids when the weather is inclement.

Kitchen

Fully Fitted kitchen with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker , kettle, toaster,etc
Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided for your use. All pots, pans and utensils provide for your self catering needs.
Bedrooms

Master bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table with TV included. 2 twin bedrooms with wardrobes and pull-out bed in living room to complete 8 berths. All bedding included.

Bathroom has toilet, wash basin and shower with instant hot water.

Outside there is a gated decked veranda with garden furniture.
There is also a grassed area and space for parking.

We allow pets at a one-off charge of £10 per pet per stay.

BOOKING TERMS
We ask for a £50 deposit and this secures your dates and is returned within 7 days of vacating the caravan in a clean state with no damage/loss/breakage.
The deposit is non returnable upon cancellation.
Your total amount outstanding is then due to be paid in full 4 weeks after deposit, and can be paid in one transaction or in installments to suit you by arrangement

Please advise number of children, adults, pets and if a travel cot is required for infants.Please advise if there are any special needs and we will try to help.
