Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has full size bunkbeds, 5 draw tall chest wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has double bed, dressing table, a wardrobe, overhead draws, hair dryer.
Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds, overhead draws, small cabinet in between beds but can be moved to make a double bed.
There is a wardrobe and heating in all bedrooms.
Bathroom(s)

Has toilet, sink, shower which at the bottom can be filled with water as a bath for little ones. There is a mirrored cabinet.
Exterior

Has a veranda with gate, table and chairs.
Car can be parked right next to caravan,
Site Facilities

There is a shop / laundrette and a park for kids which has CCTV. You need passes to get cars on site.
Practical Information

There is a £75 bond per week booked which you get back when keys and passes are returned within 5 days and there is no damage. Tthere is a £50 deposit to pay to hold your holiday and full payment has to be made in full 8 weeks before your holiday date.
You can have beds made up by cleaners for a charge, if not you will need to bring your own.
You will need to bring your own towels tea towels Toiletries and if use travel cot the sheets and blankets. There are bed mates under kitchen sink.
There are no pets and no smoking in van at all times and conditions are sent out with booking form to read before you sign.
