Our caravan is a Carnaby Belvedere located at Seldons Golden Gate Holiday Centre in Towyn, Abergele near Rhyl.
It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 double & 2 twin bedrooms, it also includes a pull out double bed in the lounge. Sleeping in total, up to 8 people. The caravan is 34 feet in length & 12 feet wide, giving a spacious interior. There is heating throughout the caravan.

Living Area

There is a spacious lounge with wrap around seating, there is an efficient gas fire, a tv unit with a 34" terrestrial television, there is also a large cupboard for storage also a coffee table. As throughout the caravan it has been newly carpeted. Net curtains & gold coloured drapes are fitted, which adds character to the caravan. A smoke alarm & a Co2 alarm have been fitted also a fire extinguisher & fire blanket are provided, as per legal requirements.
Kitchen

Included in the kitchen is a gas oven & hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle & a fridge with a freezer compartment. The kitchen has all the crockery & cutlery, to cater for up to 8 people. There is also provided all cooking utensil that anyone would require to prepare a full meal. The walls have picturesque coverings which again adds character to the caravan.
Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a double bed with mattress, ample storage space & has a wall mounted electric heating panel. Both of the other bedrooms have 2 single beds with mattresses, sufficient storage units & both are fitted with a wall mounted electric heating panel. All bedrooms have been newly carpeted & have net curtains & drapes.
Bathroom(s)

The family bathroom is ensuite to the main bedroom, there is a shower cubicle & basin & has a small wall cupboard with mirror. Blinds have been fitted to the window. There is a separate toilet with basin which also has a small wall cupboard with mirror & blinds fitted. Both rooms have new floor tiles.
Exterior

Externally there is private parking, adjacent to the caravan, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles, there is other parking available close by.
There are 2 entrances, both fitted with steps & hand rails. there are grassed areas at the side & rear of the caravan & can be used as patio areas.
The area is well illuminated & has CCTV coverage to add security.
Site Facilities

On site is an indoor swimming pool there is a small charge of £4.00 per adult & £2.00 per child. This will be the only charge you will need to pay whilst on the park. There is a large clubhouse which will have regular entertainment (seasonal) for children & adults. Hot food is available, there is an indoor play area for the younger ones & a small arcade. There is also outside seating with it's own cocktail bar. A fish & chip takeaway & a convenience store are also on site. All of our guests are welcome to use the facilities at our sister park, Whitehouse Holiday Park, which is only a 2 minute walk down the road.
The location offers a variety of venues, pubs, restaurants, arcades, 2 fairs & historic buildings & scenic walks. A fun place to stay.
Practical Information

Seldons Golden Gate is in a great location with plenty of places to visit either walking or driving. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from our caravan, there are beautiful sandy beaches, just a short drive away, Llandudno is worth a visit as is Anglesey, which offers numerous sandy coves, a great day out.
The Welsh Mountain Zoo, is not too far away. Leaflets are provided in the caravan for you to peruse.
