The dining area has a free standing table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen dining area well appointed kitchen furnished to a high standard with luxury appliances, including a full size integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob with electric ignition, cooker with extractor fan, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms

BEDROOM 1 - double sized bed with over bed storage and vanity area, fitted wardrobe with bedside tables, lamps, TV/DVD and en-suite toilet.
BEDROOMS 2 & 3 - both with twin beds and wardrobes. Twin beds can easily be pushed together to form a double.

All beds are supplied with duvets and pillows but NO linen or towels are provided.

Bookings & Conditions
A £100 deposit is required within 7 days of a booking to reserve your dates. This is then held as a security deposit against any damage incurred and refunded after your stay.

Holidays booked less than 6 weeks in advance will require full payment at the time of booking.

The balance of your holiday cost is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date and if we have not received it by then your booking will be void (a reminder will be sent). Please note the £100 security deposit is not included in the prices quoted.
