Enjoy a memorable and affordable break in this spacious and cosy 3 bedroom holiday home. Sited in a quiet location on Crimdon Dene Holiday Park with wonderful views of the North Sea.

This attractive, spacious mobile home has everything for an unforgettable holiday by the sea.  It boasts an excellent view of the North sea and is only 20 metres from the Durham Coast path, and site frontage. The site has wonderful views across the Tees Bay towards Yorkshire, and looks down on a magnificent cliff-edged beach.

Crimson Dene is situated just two miles from Hartlepool, which boasts a rich maritime heritage and is home to the Royal Navy Museum, with its iconic masted warship, HMS Trincomalee.  You will be just an hour from the Yorkshire Dales and Northumberland, while the historic city of Durham is just 20 minutes away.

Living Area

The living area is cosy and spacious and has a couch that can be converted into a double bed. Heating is provided by a feature gas fire, and electrical heating. while the caravan is also double glazed. There a 32 inch TV with Freeview and the van has an alarm system and smoke detectors. The living area looks out onto the North Sea.
Kitchen

The mobile boasts a newly refurbished kitchen equipped with a gas oven, microwave and kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, iron and ironing board and a full inventory of kitchen utensils. There is also an adjacent cosy dining area.
Bedrooms

There is one double master bedroom, with a built-in wardrobe and overhead storage. There are two separate twin bedrooms, which also have built in storage. Pillows and quilts will be provided. (There are fan heaters for the bedrooms if required).
Bathroom(s)

The caravan has a completely refurbished three-piece bathroom suite with walk-in shower, bathroom sink and toilet.
Exterior

The mobile home has a large decking area accessed from the main living area, which is perfect for enjoying the afternoon sun, dining al fresco or simply enjoying a drink while looking out to sea.
Site Facilities

The Holiday Park has a wide range of facilities, including children's play areas, five a side pitch, indoor swimming pool and an entertainment centre with bar, restaurant with inside and outside seating areas, amusement arcade and a full programme of live events from cabaret bands to bingo. There is also a full programme of supporting events and activities for all the family and a kids’ club. A pony trekking centre is just 5 minutes away.

Entertainment passess are not included in the quoted price, but they can be purchased directly through the Holiday resort.
