Living Area

The living room has 2 couches with smart T.V and Netflix and WiFi. It also has a book shelf with a variety of different books, and a gas fire with a sea view.
It also has a dinning area to enjoy family meals.
Kitchen

Fully functioning kitchen with utilities. Gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans and Glasses and a full dinning set for 6 people. (No washing machine).
We also offer sterilizer and bottle warmer for babies.
I recommend ordering food from the local ICELAND who will deliver to the Caravan.
Bedrooms

3 bedrooms 1 master room and 2 twin bedrooms.
Master bedroom has a dressing table with hair dryer and straighteners.
All rooms are equipped with wardrobes and over head storage. T.Vs with build in DVD players.
Main twin room has an XBOX with games and dressing table.
Baby equipment available.
Bathroom(s)

There are 2 separate facilities;
One toilet with a sink facility.
One shower with a sink facility.
Towels and toilet roll are supplied.
There will be shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the facility which belongs to us as we visit regular. All I ask if you are using them please replace them or let me know if they require a top up. (Or it may effect yours security deposit).
Exterior

We have a security barrier to enter the premise to ensure a quiet relaxing stay.
We have decking with a secure gate to keep all your precious darlings safe. Decking with a veranda to enjoy the sea views, as well as a seating area to enjoy your dinner outside.
There is also out door toys allocated within the shed area if you wish to relax and stay indoors with a small park at the end of the drive.
(Bins are allocated at the end of the drive next to the security gate.)

Any damage will effect your security deposit.

There is dog cage if required. Any damage will be the owners responsibility.

I try to supply everything required for your home away from home visit but please alert me to anything that you required that was not on the premises.
