This is a Willerby Vacation three bedroom static. It’s double glazed and has central heating and is located at Cayton Bay, near Scarborough.

It has a bright and airy yet cosy feel to it due to lots of windows in the living room.

It’s in a great location with a patio and nice grassy area surrounding the static and a hedge separating the area too. it’s close to the park’s amenities and parking is available close to the static.

Cayton Beach is a lovely long sandy beach, great for dog walks and there’s no end to coastal walks and other lovely beaches. Scarborough and Filey are a few miles away and it’s a great starting point for day trips to the North Yorkshire moors, Whitby, Robin Hood’s bay and many more beautiful areas.

Living Area

Spacious area with lots of light, a 46inch TV with freeview,there's an electric fire and an extra oil heater if needed. Also a pull out double bed if needed.
Wifi is available in static. Signal strength will vary according to demand on site.

Nice open plan and fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you'd expect for your holiday away from home.

Two twin rooms and a double bedroom. All have sufficient storage facilities.

Exterior

Nice patio and grassy open area with hedge in front which gives a feeling of privacy as there's no one in front of you. It's a quiet area but only a few minutes walk to the entertainment complex.
Site Facilities

Brand new outdoor complex for children to play in which is outside the main complex. This includes a lovely restaurant that has indoor and outdoor seating. An arcade, and show lounge / bar. Play pool with slides and there's lots of entertainment in the show lounge in the evenings.
A Nisa shop on site has all the essentials. There's also a fish and chip shop.
Launderette on site
Bus stop right outside the entrance to the park.
Practical Information

A £50 refundable bond is required at time of booking.
A £50 non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Full payment is due six weeks prior to your arrival.
Bookings accepted year round. Minimum three night stay. Flexible arrival dates accepted except during high season which tends to be weekly stays.
