Our 3 bedroom 36 X 12 , Kestrel caravan is a front facing caravan-meaning there are no other caravans directly in front of it, it’s sited on the front row of the KESTREL section, and is therefore conveniently placed for the on-site facilities.

Sited on the lovely Parkdean Resort’s Holiday Park at Cayton Bay near Scarborough, Yorkshire it is an ideal holiday choice for families and couples.

We let this caravan out for up to 6 persons.

The Beach area at Cayton bay is just a 5-10 minute stroll away, and there is a walkway underpass just down the road from the Park entrance, this takes you close to the walkway down to the Beach, there is often a Beach Shack open for Beach goods & refreshments.

OTHER PLACES TO VISIT
There are so many places to visit nearby too, including Scarborough, Whitby, Filey, and just a little further away you also have Bridlington too, this we believe makes it an ideal location to suit so many.

Spacious lounge area with lots of fitted seating areas, A dining area, Fitted Gas fire, Flat screen HD TV with FREEVIEW Channels, & a DVD Player.
There is also a pull out section which can be made up to a small double bed to sleep 2.
Kitchen

Open plan Kitchen area with units to 2 sides, fitted Gas Cooker with oven & Grill and 4 gas burners, An under counter Fridge - Freezer, Microwave oven, Kettle, Toaster, Gas water heater, Steam iron, Ironing Board and plenty of storage areas.
Bedrooms

MAIN BEDROOM:
Has a double bed, Double wardrobe, wall mirror and fitted electric wall heater.
SECOND BEDROOM:
Has 2 single beds, a fitted half-length wall wardrobe, and fitted electric wall heater.
THIRD BEDROOM:
Has 2 single beds, half-length fitted wall wardrobe and an electric wall heater.

Has an enclosed Shower cubicle with new shower, Hand wash basin, WC.

The clean, tidy & well maintained site offers many amenities & entertainments, including:

NEW Fish & Chip Shop, New Reception.

There is also a well-stocked shop for your daily food & drink supplies etc.

There is an Indoor Swimming pool with flume, and several outdoor facilities including a Children's adventure playground, Crazy golf, Putting green, and sports areas for Football & netball.

There are laundry facilities on site too.
Practical Information

Although we mainly let out on a 7 night Saturday to Saturday basis, we are also often able to offer shorter Lets from 3 Nights plus (Excluding High Season), and we are also sometimes able to Let during the out of season Winter Weeks & Months when all facilities are closed, but when the Park itself remains open, subject to non-freezing temperatures, and other severe Weather issues.
