Our caravan has recently been Refurbished to a high standard..
It is situated on a select part of the site, affording seclusion, peace and a quiet location.  5 minutes walk from the main camp and beach.
There is a verranda with Bistro Table and 4 Chairs.

Living Area

The lounge has a new carpet and curtains. "Free standing" comfortable sofa's and cushions.
Wall mounted TV with built in DVD, and a wide selection of available DVDs. Children's games and books have also been made available.
Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped. with kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, microwave and fridge freezer.
We have provided kitchen rolls, washing up Liquid, dish cloths, Coffee, Tea, Milk plus Salt, Pepper and Vinegar.
Bedrooms

The caravan consists of a double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, which can always be rearranged to provide a 2nd double bed if needed. We also provide a travel cot, bed guard and high chair if required.
The beds are made up on your arrival with fresh laundered bed linen, new bedding for the travel cot.
Bathroom(s)

There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
We provide Toilet rolls and a hand towel.
Exterior

Outside there is a verranda with Bistro Table and 4 Chairs plus there is a private garden with Patio area at the caravan with a picnic bench/table and umbrella.
Parking beside the caravan for 2 vehicles.
Rotary outside dryer.
Site Facilities

There is a Chip Shop, small Shop and Launderette on site
Next to the Reception Area in the Main Building is the Boat House Bar with 2 Pool Tables , a Stage for organised entertainments and 2 TV's for the Sports.
The Boat house serves food all day from Breakfast until 9pm. There is a very good food menu plus a Carvery on Sundays.
There is an Amusement Arcade

A heated Indoor swimming pool and Baby Pool, with a Shower and Changing Cubicals and a Seating Area. From May Bank Holiday on nice days they open the small Outdoor Pool which is connected to the indoor pool, it has a small Water Slide and Sun Loungers around the Outside Pool.
The Entertainments Hall and Bar has regular Entertainments, plus Bingo for the Adults and Special Entertainment for the Children.
There is a Crazy Golf course, small Go Kart track and Hire shop with a variety of bikes available. A basket ball court and children's play area.
Practical Information

It is just a short walk of 4 - 5 to the Camp, local facilities and the Beach.
To use the Entertainment Hall and Swimming Pool you will need Entertainment Passes. Weekly Entertainment Passes, Swimming Times and Entertainment Leaflets are available from the Main Reception on Arrival.
There is separate Chip Shop/takeaways Shop and Cafe within walking distance of the caravan, plus the California Tavern (pub/restaurant).
Bakery and butchers are available in the local village, 3 minutes drive from the camp and a further Restaurant and Shop with Post Office.
