A well presented Static caravan ideally suited for easy enjoyment of on-site facilities and local exploration. Located close to Aberystwyth there is always plenty to discover in this glorious part of West Wales. The Beach is on the doorstep, as is Golf, Nature Reserve, and public transport. A well stocked Nisa store is 2 minutes walk away, and there are take-aways and cafes close by.

The caravan has a gas fire in the lounge, wall panel electric heaters in all bedrooms and a towel rail/heater in shower room.

Living Area

A large comfortable lounge with gas fire, Smart T.V. with Dvd player, a selection of Dvd's, books and games, with panoramic views of the Welsh Countryside provides a relaxing and welcoming retreat to wind down in after a busy day at play! There is a pull out double bed should this be required.
There is a large circular table with seating provided for mealtimes.
Kitchen

A spacious and modern area with most items provided to fulfill most culinary imaginations; A 4 burner hob, grill and separate gas oven, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, all crockery and cutlery are all awaiting your arrival.
Bedrooms

There are one double and two twin singles bedrooms, with an additional pull- out double bed in the lounge. All have storage, double glazing and heating.
All freshly laundered bed linen will be supplied, you just need to bring towels.

Bathroom(s)

There is a toilet / washbasin room, and a separate shower / washbasin room, which helps avoid congestion when demand is high! The combi-boiler ensures there is always piping hot water, and there is a heated towel rail too!
Exterior

Situated in one of the quietest and convenient areas of the site, you will avoid the hubbub of the popular facilities when it's time to retire for the evening. A Patio set is provided for enjoying the outside air, and a luggage trolley to assist with moving awkward items. A lockable store can secure golf clubs etc. Ample parking is just a short walk away.
Site Facilities

Brynowen is one of West Wales most popular Holiday Parks, and has all the Facilities as expected, subject to Covid-19 restrictions at present. Restaurant, Bar, Entertainment lounge, Indoor Swimming pool with canoes, Amusement centre with Adult Gaming area, On-site shop, outdoor sports hardcourt, indoor childrens play area with ball-pit, are all within an easy 2 mins walk. 24hr security patrols ensure a care -free stay.

A maximum of two pets are welcome, but not on furniture please. Be aware that a £50 charge may be incurred for any pet hair removal.
A full refund policy is in place to cover for Covid-19 intervention--if for any Covid related reason it is not possible to fulfill a booking, a full refund of any monies paid, including any deposit, will be made.
