A home from home chalet set in a lovely area on the Bideford Bay Holiday Park. It’s the centre chalet in a block of 3, nestled in a clearing at the bottom of the steep wooded valley with the Manor House bar/restaurant and park amenities within a short level easy walking distance. A small level grassed garden is adjacent to the chalet block ideal for sunbathing, picnics or just to sit and admire the sea view.

The chalet is well equipped and has double glazing and central heating. All bed linen is supplied.

Free wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse, bar & restaurant.

Living Area

The comfortable lounge offers a fabulous sea view, 32 " flat screen combi TV/DVD player with a small supply of DVD's for guests use.
LED electric wall fire, oil filled radiator & freestanding convector heater.

Kitchen

A well equipped kitchen with Microwave, toaster, fridge with small freezer compartment.

Bedrooms

The chalet sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedded room. Full bed linen is provided including mattress toppers. The double bedroom has a fitted unit with 2 small wardrobes & overhead storage, the twin bedded room has a has a bed side cabinet and small wardrobe. Both rooms benefit from additional under bed storage boxes & electric wall heaters.

Bathroom(s)

The bathroom has an electric shower (no bath), WC, wash basin/vanity unit, shaver point and a heated
towel rail.

Exterior

A grass communal garden area with sea view is available to use next to the adjacent Chalet. 4 portable folding picnic/camping chairs and small portable fold up table are provided for your use.

Site Facilities

Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, water flume, adventure playground, soft play area, crazy golf, fantastic eateries such as The Manor House Bar & Restaurant, entertainment venue, kids club, takeaway, coffee shop, all-weather multi-sports court, shop and laundrette.

Practical Information

An iron, ironing board and hairdryer is supplied.

Electricity included in the price.

All bed linen is supplied but no Towels are supplied. However a tea towel, bath mat and starter pack of handwash, dishwashing liquid/cloth, bin liner and toilet roll are provided.

A travel cot and high chair are available at no additional cost.

No smoking and no pets allowed

Refundable security/damage deposit of £50 required. Terms & Conditions will apply.

The holiday park facilities are open from mid February 2020 until early November 2020.. Entertainment passes are not included in the price, if required they can be purchased directly from the parks reception on your arrival and are subject to their terms and conditions.
