Our beautiful Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 3 bedroom caravan has gas central heating throughout and is equipped with all your holidays needs and is situated on Berwick Holiday Caravan Park, Northumberland.

Living Area

The living room is an open plan living and dinning area with gas fire and free standing four and two seater suite with table and chairs seating up to six people, there is a TV, DVD player and a games console for your use. It has double patio doors that open up onto the decking which has seating and a table.
Kitchen

The kitchen area has a gas cooker with a kettle,toaster,larder fridge/freezer, microwave, iron/ironing board all cooking utensils, dish towels.
Bedrooms

The caravan has three bedrooms with the master bedroom having its own en suite bathroom and dressing table with hair dryer and seating area. There are two further bedrooms both with twin single beds.
Bathroom(s)

The main bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. There is also an ensuite to the master bedroom.
Exterior

The caravan has a veranda with a table and seating. It has its own tarred private parking for 2 cars.

Practical Information

Duvets and pillows are included and bed linen can be provided at no extra cost if required. All that i ask is that you strip the beds on day of departure and put them in the bag provided please.
Park Rules: Guests must be over 21 years old for booking purpases and no single sex parties eg- hen or stag parties will be allowed on the park.

Please note passes are NOT included when you hire this caravan but can be bought from the reception desk on entry to the park or by calling the park direct on 01289 307113 or 0871 231 0864

A £50 (non-refundable) deposit is required on booking this caravan. The final balance is due six weeks prior to your holiday date. I also require a £100 good house keeping bond which will be added onto the final balance and refunded within seven days after your stay once the Caravan has been checked and is in order. If you cancel your booking prior to making the full payment, your depoist will be fortified and not refunded. Should you have paid your final balance and then cancel, refunds will only be made if the caravan can be re-let on your dates less £100.00 as a charge made by us for having to re -sell your dates.
If you do not arrive for your holiday, no refund will be made and also if you do arrive but vacate the caravan early for any reason including an emergency at home, no refund will be given provided the caravan has been left clean and no breakages or spillages or damage and is left the same way you entered it. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed in the caravan at anytime because of serious allergies to owners family. If found to be in the caravan at anytime you would be asked to leave and would lose your £100 Good Housekeepng Bond.
Groups are welcome eg golf/family ect but no hen or stag parties at any time.
