Cromer Caravan Holidays

Cromer is a popular seaside resort on the coast of Norfolk and is a good choice for caravan holidays with a selection of holiday parks nearby.

Cromer is a civil parish, notable for being a more traditional resort, making it one of the most popular holiday destinations on the northern coast of the county Norfolk.
Originally a fishing town, Cromer is famous for its Cromer Crab with it still being the main source of income for locals today. The town retains its local culture with a Friday market and every single cafe, restaurant, shop, and bar being independently owned, typically run by families for generations.
Every year the community celebrates with Carnival Week in August, a week-long event with float parades, carnival comptetions and costumes.

In addition to the vibrant town, Cromer boats two blue-flag beaches, close to which a selection of caravan and mobile holiday parks can be found. The sea front is characterised by it fabulous Cromer Pier with it Pavillian Theatre a-late Victorian structure with regular performances.

Whilst the town and seafront have lots to offer to tourists, Cromer’s location makes it perfect for making the most of Norfolk’s countryside. For those who enjoy walking, The North Norfolk coastal path runs through the area. The town sits between coastal cliffs; to the east stands the Cromer Lighthouse and chalk-beds reach up to 70 metres high.
